100 California This prime downtown San Francisco location, 100 California is a 15-story premier Class A office building at the corners of California Street and Davis Street extending around to Sacramento Street. Presently an underused transitional space, the proposed landscape design is intended to increase overall curb appeal of the property while incorporating designated spaces for gatherings. Working with the identifiably modern lines of the architecture, the new plaza is raised to create a stage for the building. Needing to keep the plaza accessible and functional from the street level as well, the plaza is judiciously sloped to accommodate generous pedestrian circulation and ringed with a water feature and planting beds to create more inviting, green places to sit and enjoy this prime location in the urban environment of downtown San Francisco.
