101 California Plaza & Courtyard Renovation This project was designed for Hines Development Corp., who requested that the perimeter of 101 California be made more secure without obstructing the visual character of the surrounding plaza. The careful addition of planters and vegetation maintained pedestrian circulation patterns and brought an additional level of landscape interest to the plaza. Additional work was done on the interior courtyard to reduce glare and improve the appearance of the courtyard for new tenants.
