Bahia de los Suenos Resort Plan This 4,500 acre property on the Sea of Cortez coast of the Baja peninsula included a high-end boutique hotel, fishing club, fishing village, beach club, marina, private airfield and a collection of custom home sites. Building on the world famous fishing reputation in the immediate region, this project was envisioned to be an exclusive high end destination retreat to experience the casual lifestyle of the Baja peninsula while enjoying the finest hotel and spa amenities associated with fishing and beach culture. The master plan was a result of a very sensitive and sophisticated site planning process to locate and reduce the amount of development this environmentally sensitive desert landscape. Through this process many of the natural systems and thus the beauty of the site were to be retained to provide an authentic experience and build future land values.
