Berkeley Residence LAM Lofts is a three unit condo, residential project. The landscape design focuses on implementing new environmental technologies in order to achieve a highly economical, sustainable, and functional design. Most notably, Trex decking is used throughout the project to connect the habitable outdoor spaces creating a pervious surface through much of the project.
