Hidden Springs Community Master Plan

This 1,700 acre property outside of Boise Idaho used “New Urbanism” planning principles to cluster development into distinct neighborhoods defined by open spaces around a small entry village and town green. By reducing overall lot sizes, the scale of the neighborhoods became much more intimate and walkable, and allowed for a series of gardens, pocket parks and larger opens paces to be integrated into the individual neighborhoods and networked together project wide.
