Lionshead Core Master Plan This complex mixed –use project, including ground level retail, hotel and for sale units, will be the new hub for Lionshead Village in Vail. Within the core of the project is a series of new pedestrian streets, small plazas and gardens. The main pedestrian street is the path of travel from the existing day skier parking garage to the bottom of ski slopes defined by retail stores and skier facilities on both side. The public spaces include new paving, seating, lighting, kiosks, signage and planting composed to further the mountain aesthetic of the Vail Valley.
