Marin Commons Marin Commons is a 30 acre office park renovation project designed for Hines. The landscape design takes a broad, bold and simple approach to help reposition Marin Commons in the Marin County office market. The proposed plant palette will be more sensitive to current County water requirements, reduce maintenance and resonate better with the casual feel and color of the Marin landscape. Notably, the entry to the project will be marked on both sides by bold strokes of Mexican feather grasses providing a foundation for the new illuminated vertical sculpture elements that announce the new presence of the office park.
