Terra Bay Master Plan This project focused on a close collaboration with Myers Development and Skidmore Owings & Merrill Architects to prepare planning studies and schematic landscape designs for approval of a 30 – acre mixed-use project in South San Francisco. The proposed development included approx. 600,000 SF of Class A office space and 200 residential units situated on steep hills within an environmentally sensitive environment.
